What should I do if the storage capacity of my JetDrive Go has suddenly shrunk?

You may have to format your JetDrive Go when encountering this problem. To format your JetDrive Go, please follow the steps:

 

  • Windows OS:
 Right click on the "Removable Disk" from "My Computer." Select "Format" and click "Start" 

 

  • Mac OS X:
 Please go to Disk Utility to erase (format) your JetDrive Go. Choose MS-DOS(FAT) or ExFAT as the file format, and click Erase.
